VoDaVi's VNET Protection offers a comprehensive warranty and support services for your technology investments. For a fixed monthly rate, we provide superior support whenever you need it, ensuring your organization is free from IT disruptions.
With VNET coverage, customers receive priority service from VoDaVi technicians for support on eligible devices. Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) varies depending on the specific VNET warranty selected, with a standard commitment of a 4-hour response time unless otherwise agreed upon. The SLA defines the maximum time frame within which VoDaVi will initiate work on reported issues from the moment of initial contact. Please note that VNET coverage does not apply if there are modifications, additions, or changes to VoDaVi's original work.

VNET on Existing Technology
VoDaVi will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the IT equipment you wish to cover under our warranty. Our technicians will evaluate current configurations and protocols according to industry best practices, assigning a pass/fail status to each item. For items that pass, we will provide a proposed VNET cost tailored to your specific requirements. For items that fail, we will recommend the necessary repairs or resolutions along with associated costs. Once all devices achieve a passing status, VoDaVi will certify the work completed and offer ongoing warranty support services at the agreed fixed monthly rate. Additionally, we will utilize the gathered information to create an IT Roadmap, outlining further recommendations to enhance your organization’s IT environment and ensure your technology operates at peak performance.

VNET on Existing Cabling Infrastructure
VoDaVi technicians will conduct a thorough onsite inspection of your current wiring environment. Each cabling run will be assessed and assigned a pass/fail status. For those that pass, we will provide a proposed VNET cost tailored to your specific needs. Once all cabling runs achieve a passing status, VoDaVi will certify the work completed and offer ongoing warranty support services at the agreed fixed monthly rate. Additionally, we will leverage the information gathered during the inspection to create a Cabling Roadmap, outlining further recommendations to enhance your organization’s wiring infrastructure and ensure that your technology’s physical layer operates at peak performance.
Please note for V-NET coverage on cabling infrastructure, consumables are included that are needed to repair/replace the failed runs, however installation services will still apply and be invoiced based on VoDaVi's standard payment terms.
